Aesthetics

The historic house is an elegant eighteenth-century noble building that stands imperiously on the Col Marinello. The decorative exuberance and golden hues enhance the refined beauty of a place where each room is a treasure to be discovered: precious furniture, frescoed ceilings, old paintings, ceramics made by skilled Italian artisans and dreamy atmospheres.

The enhancement

We are ambassador of an aesthetic project that embraces an ideal of beauty intended as the regeneration of the soul, for those who love history and nature and for those who love the contemporary. Our guests enter in a timeless dimension in which the elements of the past, merging with the avant-garde of some rooms, create a harmonious balance. The historic house is distributed over three levels interconnected by large staircases and lifts: on the ground floor we find the elegant reception rooms, the Blue and Pink Lounge, the Billiard Room and a Dining Room. On the first floor we find the Red Lounge, the Noble Room (95sqm, 60 seats) an exclusive space in which to create sumptuous gala dinners enlivened, in the winter season, by the crackling of the fireplace, the Music Room equipped with a piano at the end and the Suite del Conte: with a panoramic terrace and private jacuzzi. On the third floor there are the rooms, each of them telling a unique and unrepeatable story. Their uniqueness allows guests to satisfy every need and feel pampered by our staff.

The twenty rooms in the structure (38 beds in total) whose size varies from 25 to 50 square meters of the Eco Design Suite, are equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, free fiber Internet Wi-Fi, slippers, amenity kit, hairdryer and most of them enjoy a panoramic view of the Umbrian countryside.

As regards children policy, our staff will be happy to provide all useful information.

Castello di Solfagnano is the ideal place to enjoy a holiday with your family, having the guarantee of privacy, exclusivity, and all safety standards.
